Christine Timmerman
Christine Timmerman is the owner of Harvest, where her passion for hospitality, food, and community comes to life. Raised in the small towns of Montana and Colorado, she grew up surrounded by mountains, open spaces, and a deep appreciation for nature and animals that shaped both her life, her business, and her Christian faith.
A small-town girl at heart, Christine has built her life on hard work and determination, taking on everything from hands-on labor to demanding professional roles. That strong work ethic, combined with her lifelong love of food and bringing people together, naturally led her into the hospitality industry. Christine and her husband, CT, are the true definition of a team, both bringing unique perspectives to business and to life.
Christine is a proud mother of two young adult children: her daughter, Kyle, lives in Ventura, California. Her son, Alec, is active in the family business and day-to-day life. She is married to her best friend, Chris (CT). At Harvest, she brings not only her experience and dedication, but also her warmth, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to creating a welcoming space where people can gather, connect, and share meaningful meals.

EXECUTIVE CHEF
Kyle Harmon
Chef Kyle Harmon, born and raised in Wichita Falls, brings over 18 years of hands-on experience to the table. A self-taught chef, Kyle discovered his passion for cooking in his grandmother’s kitchen and went on to refine his skills through years of personal research and real-world practice, choosing experience over a traditional culinary school path.
Known for his raw, instinctive approach, Chef Kyle blends classic techniques with his own unique flair. He specializes in rustic, comfort-driven dishes that reflect his heritage and personal story. For Kyle, food is more than a craft; it’s an expression of love and a way to bring people together.
His cooking is rooted in passion and curiosity, with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients that create bold, authentic flavors. Every dish tells a story of perseverance and a deep connection to the art of cooking.
Outside the kitchen, Kyle is married to his longtime friend and high school sweetheart, Kaitlyn Kouri. Together, they are raising her 8-year-old son, Ethan. He also gives back to the community by coaching youth football with local football organizations.
